  1. What should I expect during my first visit?

    During your first visit you will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your injury and medical history. There will be a few medical forms you will need to fill out to help us get to know you better.

  2. What do I need to bring with me?

    You will need to bring your referral slip from your doctor, your medical insurance cards or your medical workers comp claim number or your no fault claim number.

  3. How should I dress?

    Depending on what part of the body we will be working on. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow easy access to the injury. Also remember to wear sneakers, you will be performing exercises to build your strength and recuperate from your injury.

  4. How many visits will I need?

    The amount of visits you receive will depend on your injury, insurance coverage, and the amount of time you have available. After completion of your physical therapy you will be re-evaluated to see if you need any further visits.

  5. Why is Physical Therapy a good choice?

    Physical therapy is a healthy alternative way to avoid most surgeries, chronic pain, and also helps build your muscles to strengthen your body, promoting wellness, healing and a healthier life style.
